and if im not wrong I think the spotify streaming showed was the most streamed after Cole and Drake and had singles in top 10-12.

you have to look at the actual sales too for TPAB and dark sky paradise. Both are platinum based on streaming but big sean has only sold like 350,000 copies while kendrick is at 900,000.how are sales being ignored?

sometimes you have artist who's fanbase that is not a buying physical album type of fanbase.
look at Migos their album sold less than artist like Big Krit(Migos was 14,000 first week while Big Krit was 40,000-60,00 if I remember first week) but they no doubt are more popular than him, Krit just happens to have a fanbase that will go out and buy his album.
