I had an uncle who boxed...was an amateur champ at bantamweight...he taught me how to box when I was around 9 and 10...he would do punch drills with me and I'd run with him around the block and up and down the stairs...after he died I just kept with what he taught me and added onto it...so about 20 plus years...you should do it...boxing is more mental than physical...but it's the best workout imho...
Boxing is a great workout and it's fun. You don't even feel like you're putting in work while training, but when you're done you know you've trained.

Nah it hurts but I enjoy it. I feel it when I'm done but during I just blank out and enjoy the workout. I don't fight. I do it for the workout. Don't think I'm not trying.
