I have a family plan on Sprint (2 lines) with unlimited data paying $134, and I stay using between 3 and 6gigs a month. I can't see myself back at AT&T or Verizon when my contract is up early next year.

I have a wait and see approach with sprint and the changes they are making in the next 6 months.

Where do you work?

One of the big insurance companies with commercials on tv.

The big insurance companies get a discount with us. Your bill with unlimited talk and text with 6 gb of data would be about 144-150 depending on the discount

$10-15 more and you get 100 times better service? Gotta prioritize a few things in life. Dont go to starbucks twice a month and youd be with the best cell phone company with the best coverage (not even a competition) instead of the distanced 3rd best. Seems like an easy choice to me..

215 Uptown!
Honestly there is WIFI EVERYWHERE now. People who think they need unlimited is really kidding theirselves

You home?? 9/10 you have internet right?? If you don't have one already get yourself a damn wireless router. Now at anytime your in the house your using the wifi from your internet.

You at work?? Unless you working outside or have a driving job 9/10 you have Wifi. Get the damn password to that shyt and hook your phone up to it.

The only time you should be using your own data is where your on the go. 80% of ALL wireless customers can get by off less then 2gb a month. I just smh at nikkas who come in my store saying they use like 5gb a month. When in reality they using less then 2gb.:snoop:

Sure there are exceptions(People that use the wireless hot spot for their kids while there driving. Or people that tether) But those people are few and far between.

So did I!:sadcam: Which is why im sitll rocking my t-mobile dealer line. Lol. Them nikkas still think i work for them!

But yea only ones with unlimited data right now (for consumers) are sprint. T-mobile offers it but they throttle you after 3gbs(Not dealer lines though!!:eat:)

But you be suprised at how many people "think" they need unlimited when in reality they only using 1.5gbs a month.

Word that shyt is crazy my power went out with them storms a few weeks back, me and my chick got the hot spot on our phones so when we were at her parents (no Wi-Fi ) we using the phones I got 4g with like 3 gig I watched like 2 episodes of breaking bad on Netflix and got a text saying you on 2g until ty out next month bill . That shyt is dial up speed my girl got unlimited data and it's like 6 gigs shyt is the ultimate false advertisement. I could only imagine a group of people trying to use one of these bullshyt plans.

You guys better smarten up QUICK, its POINTLESS to sign a contract with these thieves anymore.

you two are missing the point. If most are not going over the data and WiFi is EVERYWHERE then why go to the tiered plan? Their network cannot POSSIBLY be that overloaded like they want you to believe. They can easily go the T-Mobile route and everything will be good. This is to make more money out of those who actually use their phone the way it was intended for...EVERYTHING. This is 2012, we are supposed to be ADVANCING not LIMITING ourselves.

You do know why this is happening right? Its because nobody really cares about unlimited talk anymore and since that option is no longer popular...they need to grab money from another source and its DATA. In fact, many people have already smartened up and cut texting out of their plan because they can use google voice to get that feature for FREE each month. That is another reason for these moves.

:wtf: is it with people defending these companies.

:rudy: shut the fukk up, you got people in a thread on her talkin bout using 45gb up this month alone.

If everyone Used a few gbs they wouldnt be trippen, and they werent! But its dumbasses like yall who turn them into your home internet and ruined it for everyone else :pacspit:

Did you just say att and verizon can go the tmobile route ?? :heh: you delusional. Why would two companies with both over 100 million subscribers (obviously doing something right) go the route of company who has about 20 million customers (obviously doing something wrong) ??! Use common sense and logic here you.

And bet if tmobile had more customers they also wouldnt have unlimited data.

You are like the jackle n hyde of this posting shyt. Sometimes you aight but most of the time you post some of the dumbest shyt that doesnt relate to reality.

Why not just go with metro snake?? No contract, cheap horrible service, out dated phones. Sounds like your dream cell phone carrier
