Nike already the number one sneaker brand, and before last weekend I would bet money that 90% of Nike consumers never heard of Travis or no about his Nike collabs. Like Adidas in the UK, Nike is ingrained in the USA.

To me Travis bares no responsibility for what happened at the time itself. He was performing. Ear piece in. He can’t make judgements on gravity of situation. That responsibility completed delegated.
however where Travis can get sued is more around his promotion of people breaking security barriers, encouraging people to get on the stage etc prior to the event. That’s where he can get fukked. There’s a difference between promoting moshing and promoting illegal things like jumping barriers which can get him in hot water now
