Travis having encouraged bad behavior in the past is not the reason that happened that day unless he asked them to do that before the tragedy occured.

He will lay low and get back to regular once people forget. They will conduct an investigation and charge it to fanatic behavior. They had sufficient security and the venue was under capacity. Unless the dead kids parents want to sue fellow concert goers nobody is being held responsible legally.

If this was a Future or Durk concert, rest assured, the blame would be placed there drugged up thugs that broke into the concert and stormed the stage. Not on the local amphitheater.
