WTF is wrong with the people who saw his pops collapse and the kid fall and just kept pushing forward to get a better view at the show?

Right, how he skip all those people, the pops, the security, the venue management, all to point at Travis? Not saying he's blameless, but the primary person? Come on

The emotion surrounding this tragic incident has made a lot of conversation around it pointless.

That's what they are suing for, not what they will get. They also have LiveNation, Apple, Drake (:mjlol:) on the suit, they not hanging $750M on Travis' head solo, is he even worth 10% of that?

No.

But this will be a textbook case of

"Sued to Bolivia"

Time will tell :yeshrug:
Name another rapper sued for over 100 million.

And this is 750 million... Now

Probably gonna jump up a bit.

shyt, MGM paid out 800 mil to victims and survivors of the Las Vegas shooting and there wasn't really shyt they could do to stop that.

Travis both advertised (trailer for concert of fans breaking into barricades) and told them personally to dodge security and break in, leading to overcrowd, causing crowd crush.

He's donezo.

That's why the amount is already so high. It's a slam dunk for lawyers.

Lawyers bout to be FEASTING :wow:

u never know how real fake news is until something happens when you were there and you seeing bs everywhere

most people there didnt know shyt was going on, i had a good time, most people there had a good time but didnt know until after, which is really sad obviously and it takes that good time away but not a lot of people knew what was going on

i highly doubt travis knew people was dying. people pass out at shows alllllll the time, if you see something say something but death really not on anyones minds there unless you were really in the midst of the crush :mjcry:

fukk livenation for the shytty gating/standing structure and not having a competing headliner while selling more tickets than ever

This is not gonna turn out the way a lot of you are hoping. Its gonna be tied up in the legal system for years until the lawyers and insurance companies reach a settlement. Travis will be fine and after a period of time deemed appropriate he will continue to tour and be successful for as long as fans will buy tickets. The only thing that will change is that insurance costs will increase and festivals will have to take more crowd control precautions so ticket prices will go up slightly.

Yea, it's gonna be a long haul. I think Travis himself won't get it too bad. I mean unless someone went up to him in the middle of the show to tell him explicitly that people dying and he needs to stop the show and then he said no, then he's not really liable. The show organizers and fukked though. Live Nation and the Venue. They provide everything. Unless Travis owns the producing company, he's fine. Travis will sue Live Nation and the Venue. The Venue will sue Live Nation and countersue Travis. I bet even the cameramen gonna be named in the suits. Live Nation about to eat a big dikk.
