This is not gonna turn out the way a lot of you are hoping. Its gonna be tied up in the legal system for years until the lawyers and insurance companies reach a settlement. Travis will be fine and after a period of time deemed appropriate he will continue to tour and be successful for as long as fans will buy tickets. The only thing that will change is that insurance costs will increase and festivals will have to take more crowd control precautions so ticket prices will go up slightly.

Yea, it's gonna be a long haul. I think Travis himself won't get it too bad. I mean unless someone went up to him in the middle of the show to tell him explicitly that people dying and he needs to stop the show and then he said no, then he's not really liable.
