U buggin the fukk out and most of the fukking looting came from WHITE PEOPLE last year while fukking black people were getting fukked up by the police for protesting peacefully. It’s not so much from a societal standpoint as much as it’s just from a legal perspective breh, as well as practicality. If he’s tied up in court proceedings, he can’t tour much, recording music is gonna be a difficulty if not an improbability, etc. He’s gonna be on the bench, musically, for a while.

LiveNation (or any other promoter/production company) would never ever ever ever hold an event that they couldn’t insure. Unions wouldn’t work them. That’s an immediate deal breaker. LiveNation would never take on that liability themselves. The biggest music production and movie companies on the planet insure everything they do.

No insurance company on the planet is going to back another AstroWorld.

Just read about how Robert Downey Jr couldn’t land a starring role for almost a decade. Not because he wasn’t talented but because he was uninsurable. A director had to come out of pocket and insure it himself just to give dude another chance.
