The Florida shows, Winter Haven, etc are meant to be small time. They are used for the lesser known guys to get a feel for doing live events, etc. You are blatantly ignorant to the situation.
Why non takeovers? Can two people have a serious debate about WWE business and then state "Can't count Mania or Summerslam!" No we can't. If NXT sold out the UK tour, it sold out the UK tour (admittedly a lot of that was off the back of Finn Balor). If NXT sold out Barclays Center twice, that's what it did. It's a part of it too.

Thats because that takeover shyt is promoted hard on raw and sd and is usually piggybacking a main roster big show like summerslam or Wrestlemania, its not drawing on its own shyt, its part of a main roster package.
Theres a reason nxt operates at a loss.
