When you say they are a law unto themselves. You talking about the gangs?

I don't mean that they could do anything they wanted 100% without the law getting involved. I am talking about their attitude and behaviour. I am not talking about fakers. I can spot a faker a mile away.

I mean I met some people who clearly didn't feel the same rigid restraints restraints when it came to escalating violence or when it came to summary justice.

I didn't meet with "gangs". I met some people who were busy hustling down there but they didn't introduce themselves as members of "gangs" but they clearly were battle hardened by the life down there.

I saw the same thing in some parts of the caribbean. People who move without inhibition, fear or the personal restraint which is common in the West.

That is the best way that I can explain it.

Funnily enough the place where I saw a similar vibe (minus the chance of ~violence) in the West was with some of the very privileged offspring of the rich and powerful in the UK.

I know what you’re talking about it’s that weird ass vibe where you know someone is off.

I dealt with some of the same types of people you’re talking about at a top business school. There was a group of em from the UK, from that one tax haven island off the coast of England.

Forgot what the island was called, but one dude said literally everyone who lives there is a multi-multi millionaire, if not from billionaire families. The dude was actually sent to the school on a mission to start up his own venture capital fund and to exploit students with horrible ass contracts. Real bold about it too

He moved like a legit psychopath, he seemed normal from far away. But trying to have a conversation with this dude for a long period of time and you noticed there was something diff about him. Zero restraint, sudden moves, that kinda shyt.
