they are 100% using all this shyt to hide behind the fact that the game was a fukking mess 
A damn shame. I was looking forward to playing this. I could see why Japanese people might be mad (imagine a Jap leading in a Wakanda video game?) But these zombified bigoted cac trolls, nah.

Japanese have put Yasuke in various medias Manga Anime Video Games given the time period I don’t think they really had a problem with it
Some of them were just gaslighted by cacs
Yasuke is real and has been in plenty of Japanese media. Before this game was even a thing.And let’s not act like Yasuke hasn’t been in pop culture for a minute, but now it’s a problem.

J from Samurai Shodown was heavily inspired by Yasuke
Also remember that Chadwick was supposed to play Yasuke in a movie.
