So Cal
i hated the ship in part 3, never played black flag because of it. i still haven't completed the story but I'm pretty sure I'm done with the ship parts. didn't care for playing as aya and her non climbing ass though. :hhh:

and that ride to Alexandria was bs, which way did they take? i ain't seen no open seas like that.

I mean it's kinda dumb how's it shoe horned in there, it was fun.

Jokes aside, my problem was that I'm used to the Black Flag controls. So I'd turn my ship to the ride, aim and get...firebombs? And those arrows? Beastly. And playing w/Aya was like playing w/Catwoman in the Batman franchise. You spend all that time working your way up to a Level 40 character with all gold everything, then you gotta switch to some flaky bytch who is level...9 with a rusty sword. Fart over all that idea, please.

Yea I especially agree with the Aya stuff.

I loved black flag. I would agree this game wouldn't be any worse without the ship combat, I didn't mind it though in small doses. I just rammed the ship into everyone and dropped firebombs over and over.

The thing with Aya is the gap between her and Bayek. shyt you get Bayek kitted out correctly and you can take on a small army. Then they throw you to Aya and she has common weapons and doesn't have the same skills - she isn't even the same level. I thought well why didn't they give me more assassin time with her or let her have some progression. I think I only got into open combat twice with her. I'm sure if I got into it during the final segment it would have been a wash.

After you kill Flavius and make your way to Cesar you can make it to the Senate by only touching the ground once. Perch yourself on the initial ledge and let the enemies pass. You can make your way forward and to the left (probably right too). Climb the buildings at the side and then shimmy all the way around to the Senate. The biggest thing is making sure you have a long enough window of time to get to the ground and up the building.

So true! I don't care about Aya. At all. And if *I* don't care, I knooooow the brehs ain't feeling her.

As for Flavius,
I just hid behind the statue and waited to see the light, then struck.

"Papo? Jump." :mjcry: Game over, huh? No way. Not over that bytch Aya or Amumet or whatever the fukk she calls herself now. To me, the game ends when I fulfill my promise to my son and find all of the constellations in the sky. And when do I get to
kill that traitorous bytch Cleopatra?

After i beat the game the other night i started going to all the areas i had not passed through.

Did 2 of those Ancient memory tombs, one is really drawn out with how much u have to climb and align the mirrors/sunlight. And the loot there is trash.

While just seeing what some of the ?’s are. I came across another War Elephant...except there was 2 of them :damn:

They needed to flesh out Aya's character a bit more. She's Amunet, the assassin that kills Cleopatra and basically creates the creed that leads to the modern European Assassins, probably one of the most influential assassins in the lore, and I felt like she just came off as an empty character. I wanted to know why she became so indifferent to the death of her child and Bayek himself over time, and that really wasn't explained. A lot of this will probably be touched on in DLC when you kill Cleopatra or future games though and the quality this game brought means I can wait.

I hate how they made Aya the OG of everything when Bayek was the one putting in the work. They basically high jacked his storyline at the end and put in Aya just because of the name drop in AC2.

"One of the greatest assassin's of all-time"

:gucci:

Unless she went to Japan, set-up an secret assassin set and got some training, i fail to see it.
