Got about 60 hours in this game so far. Hopefully this game will carry me through most of December because that month is dry as hell in regards to any new big time game releases (on the PC side of things at least) until January.

Between Bayek and Altair

As far as personality or assassin ability? I can agree as far as personality goes because Altair didn't get much by way of character development. As an assassin though I might give it to Altair just due to the fact he was raised as an assassin through and through. Bayek seems more combat oriented but with stealth he can take it or leave it. But since the combat systems and focus on stealth are so different it's hard to put them on a level playing field.

Bayek predated Altair so he definitely is kinda lacking on the technology and assassin technique front
He wins in terms of personality
Altair was cool but he got humbled and kinda became generic and received a I'm seeking redemption to make up for my wrongs type of story
I was ready for Bayek to be another character in that mold but they gave his story a lot of depth. I was hooked right after the flashback to his kid khemu

Templars and assassin's don't exist yet, right? don't think I've heard word "templar" at all and "assassin" only used literally and not refereeing to a faction.

Question: is the game more or less over after level 40, or is just getting started? I don't feel like doing a bunch of side missions while I"m looking to kill, like...three people.
Not sure, i'm at level 34 or 35. Just got the reveal for the Crocodile..
I'm looking forward to those events though

I know it sounds backwards, but that's the kind of female characters we need more of. She didn't do it for love, or for jealousy, or for a man or a child...she killed people for power and wealth and the glory of Egypt, and that's it. That's how she died, too - just chillin' on a damn crocodile like she was Snoop Pearson.

They're called the "Hidden Ones" at the end of the game and create an assassination Bureau similar to John Wick. They created the symbol though, have the same creed and ideals
I'm guessing Altair's mentor expanded on the idea.
