IMO Origins is the only game that can compete with the Ezio AC games, Black Flag & Unity both felt like the final season of a tv show.

Black Flags was easily the best game in the franchise IMO...

Maybe that's because it wasn't an AC game, pirate game with an assassin captain but that DLC with my man Adewale sealed it for me...Running around cutting down CACs with a machete while liberating my people felt so fukking good...

Freedom Cry is amazing and i'm glad they released it as a standalone game, AC II, Brotherhood, FC & Origins are the best one to me.

Mid-way through the story right now. I'm digging the game itself, but all the grinding (while I don't mind too much since I often find it relaxing) is just tedious at times.

Wanna progress this portion at [insert level]? Well too bad, you're under-leveled. Go travel across our overwhelming map and do a bunch of collecting/side missions to pad out the run time.


I could just switch out to easy mode, but I feel like there's a lot of hand holding there, and I don't need none of that when I've played AC for ages. Oh well. Just one of the gripes I have with the game currently.


Side note: Anyone else just stick with Bayek having the hair and beard? He looks so much more like a MC with it rather than another minor character like his friend in Siwa.

Is there a way to make the hair and beard permanent? My shyt keeps switching after almost every cut scene.

Nope. I think it's due to it being his "default" look for the rest of the campaign...? I guess they figured everyone would just stick with plain looking bald Bayek.

I fukks with the game heavy...my only qualm is I would’ve preferred that the setting was even older... This isn't really "ancient Egypt", game takes place during the Greek era just years before it fell to Rome... Thousands of years after the pyramids were built and all that...The complaints about the demographics of the characters is kinda tempered by that for me... But yeah this is the first game I've felt compelled to complete in a minute

Side note but imagine a Game of Thrones universe game with this kind of gameplay

• It's long as fukk. Levelling up takes a long time as the game goes on. The side quests aren't connected to the main story.

i'd say just buy the game and then decide how much you like it then you can buy the deluxe shyt and all that

I was thinking about getting it so i just rented it first, the game did nothing for me, its kinda like the witcher 3 but id rather just be playing that
