For a game as big as AC3 to get less than an 8 on ign it would have to be truly terrible so the score itself doesn't mean too much. Just from reading the review they don't sound too impressed. I'm not one to judge based solely off reviews but I wanted more innovation in this one rather than more of the same. Im still gonna get it at some point just maybe not the first day cop I thought it would be
people want it to be AC2 and its not going to be AC2...that shyt is the Empire Strikes Back of the series...I didn't go in expecting this to be better than AC2 its on par though.
Connor is nowhere near as cool as Ezio...
Sam Adams isn't as cool as Leonardo Da Vinci
but it all fits....lets be honest Colonial America vs. High Renaissance Florence and Venice....uh no breh. nothing was gonna top that. sorry...

I'm copping this game. I do agree AC2 was amazing. I actually was one of the few in here that liked AC1.
haven't seen any of the previews outside the commercials, and I think the american revolution setting will be piff. I mean there will be some gunplay, but it's not gonna be all running and gunning due to the firearm limitations of the day. I'm sure its some piff.

I tried to get into this by starting from the beginning despite ppl telling me to just get two. The game is so repetitive. In the first one, will the assassinations be different if I don't complete all the investigations?
So far really enjoying it, despite this freaking TV causing me to not be able to read objectives.
Just free running by itself is awesome I no lie wanted to do it when I had to stop playing to do work.
I'm glad they re did the fighting now it's a lot more fun and challenging.
@The G.O.D. II you should probably play at least AC2 and brotherhood. I never played part 1 and I love this series.

Tomorrow is my birthday and my sister copped this for me. Should be in tomorrow. Can't wait to eat cake and play this piff all day
