Never been to a steakhouse worth it’s salt that serves it steak toppled atop the sides. Typically, the steak is served alone because it’s the main course and the main focus. Sides are served on separate plates.

i dont really drink and it was too early in the day for her to start drinking so no alcohol

The last thing one expects when entering a restaurant after a long day is to be turned away due to their attire.

Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened to award-winning gospel singer Marvin Sapp and his team when they decided to dine at Ruth Chris Steakhouse in Chicago.

The group, dressed in casual attire after being a part of this year’s Gospel Fest, was refused service on May 30.

I don't doubt the price. High end restaurants charge quite a bit for their steaks and lamb. I do think the combination of food choices is rather interesting.

nikka please. Ive been to most every top steakhouse in Chicago and theyre all filled with casual dress white folks

This is hard to believe. Chicago having established itself as the biggest manufacturer of beef in the US with the formation of the stockyards, developed a reputation for its steakhouses more than any city in the US including New York. The city is literally known for its traditional old school steakhouses so I find it hard to believe you went to any of the top steakhouses - Chicago Cut, Chicago Chop, Gene & Georgetti, Smith & Wollensky, RPM, Benny’s, GT Prime, or Kinzie and just saw people dressed casually. These places literally pride themselves on their dress codes.

To be fair, I’ve seen twerking in Ruth Chris.
