You know how many times I've went to someone for help like a school counselor or advisor, and they listening but not even hearing me.. just staring at me all fondly and shyt.

A couple weeks ago I'm waiting outside for a meeting with an advisor. This lady comes out the office and stands about 4 feet to my right. She on her phone and glancing at me every few seconds and even starts staring at me

The individual's personality depends on this. If you are very extroverted and like attention then you'll love it and feed into it. Me I can be both introverted and extroverted. But I like being out and about without being focused on or having attention on me.
