For some reason the site doesn't play well with ebay links

There's a nice enclosure that goes under the seats for 2 10 inch subs

Item # is
271159949412

As far as what I'd recommend on a budget

Pioneer 80prs headunit
Polk audio db6501 components or JBL P660C
PPI P900.4 or 600.2 depending on what components you go with
2JBL GTO 1014's
PPi P1000.1

idea for a new radio in a 2003 nissan altima ?

looking to spend around $250 , touch screen/pop out screen if possible

Currently all i have in there is a Kenwood KDC MP142 CR and for some reason i pick up NO am station and very FM stations

You won't get anything worthwhile with a screen for $250

At the very least, you'll want something with 10 bands of EQ so you can shape how everything ends up sounding. The cheap double dins are usually stripped of those tuning features & the screens themselves are absolute crap

If you can swing it, this is the cheapest i'd recommend http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_91064_Pioneer-AVH-X4700BS.html

If a single din is fine, The Pioneer 80prs is the best you can get under a grand...and it's only 260ish on amazon

The Opposite Of Elliott Wilson's Mohawk
Really? I have a Boss aftermarket double din with bluetooth. No complaints.

What makes them the worst?

Peace
There is a reason Boss/Pyle/Power Acoustik/Lanzar shyt is dirt cheap. U find out what those reasons are when shyt breaks

That said I had a Power Acoustik amp about 10 years ago that didn't give me too many problems. And I am hoping to get a GTI by the end of the year. Wifey has a Rabbit. I want to get us both these

Is it possible to get nice deep low end extension without a subwoofer

I want response down to like 25Hz from midbasses :lupe:

Also is there any hope for good sound out of these new cars where you can't change the headunit?

1. No. Takes cone area to move air.

2. Processor. JBL MS8, Mosconi 6to8, Rockford 3sixty.3

Yea, I have it in a 2007 Pontiac G6. Basically, just a A-to-B type car.....nothing special. Plus, I plan on getting something new maybe this year for my 30th. So far, as long as it works well enough to play music and make phone calls, I'm satisfied.

That's a nice setup on the link. For my next car, I'd like to get a DVD setup as well.

Peace
