I do not like Trump and I will vote for Kamala but mass immigration will absolutely help FBA people no doubt.

The convict leasing thing is more of a state issue.

I'm not saying it's right and I'm not an economist so I don't know. Maybe they see him as a stronger diplomat in the world arena that will "put America first" and get us more favorable deals. He wants the UN to pay the US more for defense and wants to bring jobs back to the US

That is what he wants to do but for that to work the wages have to be competitive.

The only way to make wages competitive is to make the cost of living cheaper and the only way to do that is to allow third world like slums.
