Not only that immigrant labor resets wages. So if you have someone with a company for x number of years who should be receiving a higher degree of compensation based on their work history outside or with the company, the business will determine that they can teach an immigrant to do the same labor and put them at the very bottom of the pay scale where they have to work their way up and be a happy wage slave.
