What would have prevented this situation is that the Black Man did not support the Asian business and went to a Black owned business.

The brainwashing that restaurants did to the american people is unreal. Nobody be should working under minimum wage should have a portion of their wages subsidized by the customer. Its literally entitlement by owners like this and servers believing we as a consumer should tip. Just on the rules of capitalism alone if this guy cant pay his employees a minimum he needs to go outta business. No other industry operates like this.
