Pro Tip: hire a lawyer to send them a legal letter/phone call. You don't have to sue just get the lawyer to let them know you met with them about the issue and want it resolved. Magically the repairs get done correctly the second time.
I know the hypothesis but I've never tested the theory. I know you can pay under $100 just to get a rep from a firm to send a letter on company letterhead just saying you've met with them and basically if they don't resolve the issue that you will seek representation which is enough to make most go
.
But I can't imagine being in the car shop my shyt on the lift unable to drive and them saying that's $2800.
That feeling of not being able to walk away on my own accord you know? I'd have to call an Uber or my girl to pick me up or walk home . Thats the shyt that makes people snap. The quick short term decisiona that need to be addressed . It's kind of like math. Once you fukk up one problem sometimes it's a slippery slope and it's all downhill. You make one bad decision like cussing and yellin then you push the tip jar over, next thing you know you're ransacking the entire store and only after its over do you sit there and think
how did it even get to this point
