When did Haiti ever really become independent, you goofyass nikka? Who told you that gigantic lie? How the fukk are you independent when you're being forced to pay off the people you supposedly beat? The French actually killed more haitians than vice-versa, even though they were heavily outnumbered in the island and most of the French soldiers died from yellow-fever. Again they never actually defeated the French empire, that's some fairy tale bullshyt. To make a comparison, this is like a bunch of inmates taking over a prison full of sick guards.
Furthermore, there has never been a time in Haiti's history where they didn't have "leadership problems", as their rulers have always been incompetent and corrupt.
