Black Sinatra
Raised Glass to the Squandered Potentials..
You are all missing the point: this Asian dude doesn't understand the mechanisms that have been put in place against blacks since the 1619 slave trade created commercial capitalism and transformed over time to keep us as low wage, inferior people in the socioeconomic sense...he doesn't understand; its not as easy as "we don't stick together"...we have been subverted over and over and over again...we do stick together and we practice agency, but oppression works to destroy our agency...the Asian is lost and needs to learn black history and actually live in a black working class area to understand...
I understand what you're saying but. Lets take Japan for example. America decimated that country in WW2, stayed in the country and didn't allow them to freely trade or develop a military for 60 years...technically to present, they still asking permission to freely move in the world stage. You look at what they were after those bombs dropped:
60 years of quietly building and planning. All this while under foreign boots.

I know it's not the same as our journey. The point is this happened in 60 years, from nuclear fallout.
I say we can do it also, but faster, and better. The Japanese are a disciplined people who lead pretty long lives in a majority "secular" society; they threw religion in the bushes, put aside the hate, and went to fukking work.
We can do this shyt too, but only faster, and better. How? Take Japans top three exports:
- Vehicles: US$134 billion (21.4% of total exports)
- Machines, engines, pumps: $117.7 billion (18.8%)
- Electronic equipment: $95.6 billion (15.3%)
