I agree with this in 95 percent of cases, but it doesnt explain how we cant all work together as AA. Too many of us have bee successful for this to be an excuse for our talented tenth not being there for the rest of us.

Pretty much. Sounds like a fake interview, but the point is pretty valid overall. Asians stick together. They have a much more 'communal' mentality that emphasizes harmony of the group in their culture compared to the more individualistic attitude of African Americans. Then again, on the other hand, they don't face nearly as much scrutiny, especially since Asians are viewed as a model minority.
