If ZERO Black people got in, they'd increase the # of legacy aka white admits.
Asians don't want to face that reality.

To see another flaw in this kids reasoning all you have to do is look at the educational background of the past three presidents (GWB/Obama/Trump), which present a perfect example of the discrepancy between legacy students and the Black students he assumes are unqualified and undeserving of admission into elite universities because of an alleged “boost” minority students receive from AA.
All three presidents graduated for Ivies (GWB: Harvard/Yale, Obama: Columbia/Harvard, Trump: Wharton). Out of the three, Obama is the CLEARLY the more intelligent one and is the ONLY one who would apply himself and put in the effort necessary to earn the grades/test scores required for admission to the schools he attended, rather than benefit from connections/money/influence like the other two (Bush even acknowledged that he was a “C” student). However, Obama is the “unqualified” student this kid assumes “stole his seat” when making his argument.

Dude just didn't do enough extra curricular activities. A perfect SAT score has never guaranteed a spot at an IVY league school. In the 90s the College I went to was predominantly white, but the head of admissions was black and relatively young. The black students got to know her and would hang out with her and her family. One night she told us how College admissions works: Gender balancing played the biggest role in admissions. Women made up the large pool of qualifying applicants. If you just chose based on merit, you'd have a student body of 80:20 women to men. If a school did that, then the top female applicants wouldn't apply or just attend elsewhere, as many want the possibility of meeting their husband in college, and that ain't happening at a school that looks like a WNBA training camp. That meant men of all races received preferential treatment (Yep, White men benefit from affirmative action in college admissions). White and Asian women were discriminated against most. Asian women were discriminated against not just for their gender but their race. Schools didn't want too large an Asian student body. So this dude simply didn't cut the mustard.
This. Do schools still do personal interviews? A lot of the elite schools do. He may have swung and missed on that too. Schools want someone who is well-rounded.
Asian kids be the Dri Archer of education. They run a 4.25 but are 5'3 and all of them are basically undersized KRs.
They don't excel at anything outside of education. They don't know how to lead teams. They don't know how to stand out outside of on paper. They don't do nothing for you in the grand scheme. They are Kick Returners.
To me, Jeremy Lin is an extremely impressive Asian. Most of them are just trained well but aren't really special.

I keep seeing this repeated like it's gospel, but with zero evidence. Can you show me how this is true for colleges? (not the workplace) And who are those white women supposedly getting into college over?

Lowkey, might be easier to get into MIT and Carnegie over UCLA. UCLA is attractive due to destination, sports and education all in one.
