I've stayed in 4 ABNBs. Never had any issues. I prefer hotels, but sometimes the price and convenience of a ABNB makes it more desirable. I'm going to Essence Fest in New Orleans next month. A hotel downtown would run about $600 for a three day trip. The ABNB in the same area is going to run about $300. It's a fully decked out house with a kitchen. The key is to look at the reviews. I always make sure to pay attention to reviews from black people to make sure the host is on the up and up.

This. There are times I will not even fukk with a fly airBnB on the strength of little shyt like the review saying they can hear people above walking. I’ll find like 4 spots I like and narrow it down just on instinct.

Haven’t had an issue with the 6 Airbnb’s I’ve fukked with and would likely stay at the again, especially one I stayed in this past January that was the guest house of a sexy Haitian woman. I will be fukking with her spot again for Carnival.

These brehs in the video gotta know better. Lessen the chance of fukkery and rent the whole crib and make sure the owner is on some lock box shyt and not even living on the property and not hiding in the shadows somewhere. Of course a hotel is ideal but they are charging damn near extortion prices for a room when you can get more for cheaper outta the airBnB. But cheaper isn’t always better.
