Amerie.. she made bey change her sound when she dropped Touch .. nobody was usin that big luscious sound prior to amerie

That’s what I’m talkin bout still goes
Well.. “Crazy In Love” was actually go-go inspired which dropped 2 years before Touch. So Bey did that sound somewhat before Amerie’s album dropped.

Mya switched her focus overseas and basically handles all her own business Ashanti never recovered when the inc went down and her sound was for a certain time Beyonce has been able to adjust and her fanbase is so large Ashanti and Mya could never catch her under any circumstances.

Beyonce & Ri are the better overall artists. There is a reason you picked through individual skills. It's about how you bring it all together.

:mjlol: hyping Mariah Carey vocals. She been overrated cuz she could hit that high note .
I kinda agree with this even though I respect Mariah and I do think she can sing. A lot of people tend to think that hitting a high note/range is the only thing that equates to being an amazing vocalist. It goes further than that.

Thread seems like it is more about lust instead of talent. That doesn’t have to do with skill.

Amerie still began work on Touch in 2004 according to sources, which was a year after “Crazy In Love” was released.
