From the video I’ve seen there’s nothing clear of anything. First it isn’t clear who’s who or who Rocky is. Then the gin and said firing of gun.

How’s this even a case when police didn’t find any evidence. The said victim then goes back to the scene and provides said evidence himself? I’ve never heard of that.

Compare this to the Troy Ave Irving plaza footage. Or the Kay Flock one. After watching both those I’m like yeah that is those individuals.

Read the comments and everyone is confused as well. Unless there’s more footage we haven’t seen.

They got a 911 call of another witness that describes a person fitting Rocky's description being the gunman too

Iirc, A$AP's defense is a starter pistol and the plaintiff attempting to extort him.
Police couldn't find shell casings from the shooting and no gun was recovered.
Rocky probably walking but lookin' silly in the process.

If you know you didn't shoot somebody and only had a starter pistol a la his defense, nobody would take the plea 'cause nobody was shot.
Google say he'd be facing brandishing laws. Lawyer could get him a three month suspended sentence.

Relli was talking shyt to others in the crew about Rocky not looking out for ASAP members. He sent Rocky a text saying he was foul for not paying for a deceased member's funeral (Rocky actually did pay for it).

Some time later Rocky texted Relli asking what hotel he was staying at so they could meet face to face. Relli thought it was a set up so he gave him a fake location. Rocky, Twelvy, and Illz saw him outside and ran down on him.

True. The starter was brought up by the defense so last minute the prosecution was not aware of it until right before the trial how I read things.
I don't know if he got rid of it or if it's needed now. I think Rocky's defense is Relli's character and the gunshot wound assuming it was a gunshot wound.
Then, the starter might turn up. I think Twelvyy was a witness, so he will most likely take the stand. That look like the bones of Rocky's defense.

Every desk mic is on, picking up papers and car keys.

No tech or sound man.

It happens alot. High tech, no simple support, terrible communication and playing with people's lives.

Nice! Big courtrooms the sizes of houses - empty - paid by taxpayer dollars.

As for the case, don't know about it but Asap always seemed like a stand up guy.

lol why offer him a light ass plea deal if they are gonna find him guilty? They don’t have enough evidence to lock him up. Worse case he’ll get some slap on the wrist.
