Freddie Gibbs caught a rape charge off a girl he never even hugged, because she said she had a flashback vision he raped her a year after they met.

It don't matter what you see, people have been charged for less. No offense but it's naive as fukk to watch that footage, and think "nope, no big deal". It's not a good look, and shouldn't have been made public either way. Regardless of whether or not anything happened, they could lose a lot of time and money explaining this in court, when it's completely avoidable.

All this stuff about courts and laws and prison time and ramifications of posting it on social media and whether he should have avoided this or not are different topics of conversation. I made a conscious decision not to mention any of that in my post because all I was doing was giving my own subjective opinion and that's it. You could have asked me why I have that opinion and I would have explained, but talking to me about the law and courts and what happened to Freddie gibbs is irrelevant and unrelated to the opinion I expressed.

Laws themselves are nothing but man's subjective ideas on right or wrong. The law is just subjective rights and wrongs, and through fear, the fear of punishment that they inflict on us for breaking thier rules is what makes them so real, and that's only because they are in a position of power over us where they can enforce these rules. But the law is no more objectively correct than the rules of monopoly, it's just your not thrown in a cell for breaking the rules of monopoly.

Bari didn't yank her out the bed. Bari is the one in the bed. This reminds me when I was on the ASAP tour bus back on their first tour in like 2011 if I recall correct.

I went on a few tour stops with them because I knew them from around NYC but anyways. I bring some super groupies on the bus and no more than 5 mins later, two ASAP member who shall remain unamed take one of the groupies upstairs. I payed it no mind because shorty was a college athlete with a injury and had a prescription for Percs and that's all I wanted from her and the only reason I invited her on the bus.
