Tuaregs are nomadic people and travel from place to place. They don't have a land, as they never settle. This is the reason why they never established a state and wouldn't be able to do so now. Look how fast Azawad fell apart.

Tuaregs are more marginalized and neglected then actually oppressed and discriminated against. Northern Mali where most of them live is desert land and the government in Bamako don't really care about nomadic cattle herders. Nor should they.

Libyan rebels let a lot of Africans who were workers go after rounding them up. Many Africans got their businesses burnt to the ground but were spared after it was found out they were either non-combat migrant workers or they were headed to Europe.

It was Tuaregs and Tebbou that were getting that work from the Arabs and Berbers.

In the early days of the uprising there is even a video on youtube where Al Saif Islam was being interviewed by a white lady from either Al jazeera or Russia Today and he is seen watching some of the video clips of Blacks being rounded up by rebels and he states that the guy the militias have captured and were dragging on the ground is a Libyan Tuareg.

Tuaregs were getting that work in Libya, why do you think they left and came back to Mali?

Obama did do it, what do you mean?if you think Ghadaffi looked at black Africans as anything other then pawns in his schemes to increase his power and influence then you're a clown
