I don't think OKC will give them too many problems unless Durant and Westbrook are godly (possible). Just don't think the Thunder are deep enough or good enough defensively. They match up better with San Antonio, in my opinion.

They had no answer for Durant last time they played them, when he dropped 30 in the first half. They're currently 7th in DRTG, and that's with being below average for most of the first month.

4th best defensive team in January
6th best defensive team in December

I see most of this board continues to sleep on this Thunder squad. :mjpls:

I don't know. Because they still have to play the Knicks twice and I can't really see them beating us twice, let alone the Spurs and OKC as many times as they play them.

They've had a pretty soft schedule during that time too. Took Ls to the two best teams they faced during that stretch in Cleveland and Chicago. :mjpls:

It's not likely. We've already seen what minor injuries can do, and this team is not as focused as the 96 bulls were. Quite frankly, I don't want them playing full bore until the playoffs anyway.

People have to remember the bulls could have got more than 72 wins, they rested players the last couple of games and lost. They could easily be 74 and 8.

So I think it depends on health and how bad they want it

My guess they get 70 wins.

Nah they have to play the Spurs quite a few times down the stretch. Those loses to the Pistons and the Bucks have sealed their fate.

They will come down to Earth and also sit players towards the end of the season. They will get close, but not break it. I expect them to drop at least 2 to the Spurs and one to OKC off the top of my head
