And for the record phildelpha in the past 10-20 years has had more years of higher murder rates than Chicago but they didn’t have a drill scene or a gang scene for people to be obsessed with.

But everyone on the east coast knows Philly and Bmore are the two cities with the most problems.

I bet those people don’t even know Atlanta has beaten Chicago in murder rates for many years and I think that’s the case for this year also so far.

Been to Philly twice, both times I was there people minded their business and wasn’t paying no negative attention to a young nikka. Same in Camden for that matter

Chicago on the other hand... might be different because I got family there but my family there literally told me not to take the wrong turn from their house to the store or I would probably not make it back and they were being 100% serious.

Philly probably has the less spoken about high murder rate. All the attention to Chicago probably takes away from its issues.

It’s the other way around imo, people are out for themselves so if you carry yourself right then people respect you for holding your own.

When you’re in a gang city they expect you to be part of a gang and they’ll fukk with you because they think they caught somebody from the other side slipping.
