I'm a grown ass black man who came from a low income family to make something of myself that makes me and everyone who knows me personally proud.

I've traveled the world, helped my family pay off their mortgage, mentor youth, mentor adults, don't run around making excuses for everything, and address my opinions head on.

I haven't tap danced one bit. I could teach you a thing or two.

there is no reason I can't defend education and skill training and be against illlegal immigration, I can do both

the actual contradiction is advocating for education and skill training for black men and advocating for flooding the labor markets with cheap labor

I don't have an issue with the working class. As I said, if you are competing with illegal immigrants for jobs, a subset of working class jobs, then you aren't taking advantage of the opportunities afforded to you as a citizen. Since you aren't taking advantage of or attempting to move beyond that area I'm not going to feel bad for the issues you experience as a result of your apathy or happiness being there.

You can twist it how you like, but I'm not going to spend my time caping for anyone with low drive or motor.

I don't care about any high school dropout struggling to find work as a result of dropping out. I've also said better investments in education and support programs for those being educated will provide more and more quality opportunity for blacks than just kicking out illegal immigrants.

I'm not going to feel bad for someone dropping out of high school. There isn't a good reason, it's not sustainable, and having a black population not even completing their high school education is a large reason why the black male population is competing with Illegal immigrants for these low pay, low skill, low benefit jobs. yeah i get what your saying, some of those black high school dropouts have criminal records too, just a bunch of thugs, but at least illegal immigrants have rights, thats whats important

thinking about illegal immigrants not having rights was making me lose sleep, but thanks to your informative thread I can sleep better
