The soap is a definite no! Especially Dr. Bronner's, I use that soap and certainly wouldn't put it inside my vag. It will throw off your ph which will lead to BV which smells like trash truck juice. You should use diluted apple cider vinegar or peroxide. I've read you can also use yogurt or coconut oil, but I haven't tried that. Seems like it would smell mixed with discharge and what not...



My ob actually told me about the blow dryer thing. If you're prone to yeast infections it helps keep the moisture down.
