when I was 23 I could write code in 2 languages and also setup a fully featured corporate IP network.

You are doing good.
Promise to do this for me.

stay away from black women.
Come back and thank me in 15 years time.

best decision in my life was living with my parents rent free for 4 years. All that money saved :wow:
Make sure you move out when you are ready don't let anyone force you out.
Breh, the lack of diversity is so high where I live that I don't even have the option :pachaha:

Stay humble ...at 23 I owned thangs, but by 28 lost it and haven't lived with my parents since 17. Things can change in a blink of an eye, it's just the way life is.
Those who are humble prevail and those who walk around with that blissful air of being a "boss" crash and burn so hard, I secretly laugh at them because it's the medicine they needed. And it also shows a glimpse of what they would do with "power".

I was living like a 43 year old with good credit at 23 ...and still came through "the block" like nothing changed. That's good you have parental support at 23 years-old that allows you to do that. But keep in mind a lot of men do not and are forced to make detours and life decisions which may stifle their original plan.
I agree with this... as someone who has also lost it all. At 23 Had my own 3 bedroom with a whirlpool tube, a car, money... now im 28 and will be 29 in 2 months. Lost it all mane... make sure you plan things thru to the very end.. even if you change your mind. 20/20 my friends.

-I'm working part time making about $15 an hour.
-Going to school to get my masters degree. Probably going to quit my job so I can take more courses and finish faster though.

You're doing better at 23 than I am doing currently at 27.

But instead of your 2003 Corolla, I got a 2013 Corolla. :umad: But I got four and a half more years of payments though. :sadcam:

When help is needed I've come through. I've paid a couple of bills. I pull my weight around the house :manny:

and to anyone wondering if I've got a plan: I've seen far too many people that I came up with leave home before they were ready, only to end up returning and in debt. :snoop:

As much as I don't like the city I live in, I'm only going to leave when I have a good job lined up elsewhere. Too many cats out here running out and trying to make it in the city without a lot of contacts, work experience, education, street smarts, or bread. When I leave, I want to leave prepared and educated. I need to know the job market, the cost of living, the best neighbourhoods, the demographics of the place, etc. I'm not about to leave and go to cacsonville and make $7.50 an hour while rent is 2k a month :stopitslime:

I know what you're getting at, I guess I should've also probably mentioned my parents are west african, so if I stepped to my mom like that she'd be more offended than anything :yeshrug:. I remember one time I paid a past due bill and she hit me with the :stopitslime::rudy:

i dunno why people hate on corollas, ish is dependable as hell. Had a 07 for 5 years till black ice took my baby from me :to:, only thing i did in those 5 years was oil changes and changed the brakes once.
