Awful article

A few parts were true. But its not because its "lost" its because the game evolves

Otherwise just a bunch of grumpy old fakkits thinking sports in their day were perfect and everyone was a gentleman

I really hate running backs that keep the ball in one hand all the time instead of switching the ball to their outside hand.

It's so unfundamentally sound. Why wouldn't you want to use your inside hand as a weapon? I see so many running backs get stripped because the ball is facing the pursuit on the inside hand. It's disgusting. I grw up watching Payton punish niqqas with that off hand or putting it in the ground as a third leg to regain balance.

I swear, my Pop Warner coaches were so rooted in teaching fundamentals, it allowed every other coach I was under thereafter to just worry about play calling, not teaching me how to play the game.

These dudes have none of it running back wise
the ball carrying thing is something I noticed over the last 5 years. Dudes refuse to move the ball towards the sideline when running. Not just to use your inside arm as a weapon, but also to protect the football. Switching the ball towards the sideline gives the defender the smallest area to try and force a fumble.

A lot of Dlinemen dont have moves to get by their blockers too. I am not sure if that is a fundamental thing or what, but guys either overpower, spinning, or just try and run by glinement instead of swimming, cutting under, or using leverage against htem like a Strahan or Reggie used to do.

baseball pitchers making errors throwing to the bases. I recall the tigers fukking up big time one playoffs(I think it was the tigers). It's like they don't practice fielding and throwing for the out, only to home.

They get so accustomed to throwing 60ft everytime, when they have to throw anything shorter, or longer it's like :mindblown:

I would love to provide clips, but you know how the mlb do

The art of passing part is true to,am i the only one who loves great passing?

I think as a whole though team passing and moving without the ball, nba is all isos and pick n roll now its kind of ugly to be honest,i miss cats movign without the balls passing 4 or 5 times around

They move without the ball and pass it aorund in college but its mostly because they cant create they own shot:scusthov:

*throws you a Rubio jersey *

Balanced attacks work well, but if you have an elite passer (which several teams have) you don't wanna take the ball out of their hands.

I miss bigs that are effective at passing out of double teams. The great ones don't seem to do it as well as they should. If Dwight Howard was any good at it, JJ Redikk would have had 3-4 open 3's a night.
