I thought Season 3 was worse, but season 4 had it's fair share of moments.

The L team for hating on ollie's past. They need to encourage him to get back to being gully
Artermis really held her own against promethius
Except when she shot those struggle arrows at him
He didnt even have to dodge those
Is felicity back to being cute again
Promethius is really on his vengence shif. Killing random people to send messqges. And using old arrows as ninja stars.

I got a theory which may be a stretch. Promethius is obviously someone that hates ollie/green arrow, knows about the list, and has probably been around since season 1. What if its the huntress
