Yeah, it surprised me how well executed this episode was . I didn't expect Arrow to tackle an issue like gun control, but it allowed Oliver to shine as Mayor as opposed to the Green Arrow.

Thea coming back from hiatus and learning Oliver is hoking up with Susan and Renee is deputy mayor assistant

Rene has grown on me the most as far as the characters go. Curtis is still kinda annoying but he's tolerable.

It's better than the last 2 seasons. Still not as good as the first two seasons.
