WC 2018 and this years Euros have restored my faith in international football because lord knows I was losing interest.

Where does this rank as the GOAT euros? 2000 and 2008 are considered the gold standard and I'd say 2020 is easily right up there with them.
i think this has to rank quite high up there. i think it was better than 08 and those are the best i can remember

Real shyt. I picked Italy because England was destined to cock this up.

Of course I'm sad for the brehs, but Kane was invisible for 120 minutes. Southgate put on two cold players for pens and left the final kick up to a teenager. And most of all the country's hubris all came crashing down.

Yes that’s me. That was my pick at the start of the Euros, but in the Championship final I’ve been right :yeshrug:

Southgate is just naive as fukk, too cautious. He should have thrown on Sancho, Rashford, Grealish etc when England were 1-0 up because Italy were vulnerable to the counter attack. Once Italy equalised, England shrivelled up even more, they had no idea how to string any rhythm together. England have the best group of young attacking players they have had in years but this bozo has them riding the bench. Italy were shyt tonight, they were there for the taking.

Rough for Saka though, was Arsenal's best player last year. I'm sure the 5 that took them knew beforehand they would take them, they would go over this in training before the match as it was a strong possibility it would end up being decided by penalties
