Jorginho won’t win it. Not been the star player for Italy or Chelsea to get that accolade. Only time maybe that happened was Cannavaro in 2006 who had disastrous club season but captained Italy to the World Cup. Henry or Ronaldinho should have won it that year but at least Cannavaro was a star player for Italy
