Cosby back in 2004 was accused THEN for rape and nothing came with it because saying it was purely hearsay beyond statute of limitations. The only reason the ONE and ONLY criminal charge is in effect is because of Cosby incriminated himself in the deposition in combination with the accused claiming she was raped and still within the time of limitations.
