Most people who I know who did serve in the military really didn’t have many other options to begin with. But nobody wants to talk about that. They just call them heroes anyway.

I think people are tricked into thinking they have no choice and they can't do nothing else so they join the Army to get paid.
Then they come home wanting eveybody to respect them and shyt.
