reserves are full time civilians and part time military. they don't handle weapons on a regular. just because they can get called to war, don't make them all war ready.

The Reserves are not full time so breh probably doesn't have the same training as active duty.

There are shytbags in every component of every branch of the military. National Guard soldiers won best sniper and best ranger this year.
