Honestly, a big part of the game is experimentation. That's why they allow you to sell parts back at 100%
And there are enough early game options that are powerful and don't take too much grind to get.

When do you get the choice? I’m at the ‘honest brute’ mission now.
Switching to a pulse weapon really made Baltheus easy mode. I didn't want to change my build but had to lol this is dope
Pretty sure it was before brute. When you had 4 active missions to choose from the two bottom ones were diverging paths. Look out for the USB sign near missions.
