I want all my brothers and sisters to be more conscious of what we are putting in our bodies going into 2023. Yes, the prices are enticing, especially during an era of such high inflation, but we must literally weigh out the cost vs benefits. Is it really worth it to consume almost an entire day's worth of sugar for 99 cents?
