whats crazy is these organizations have become so delusional on being great that they fire coaches that were just 11-5 10-6 a year ago.....

owners having expectations like New England when in reality the shyt just doesn't happen that easy, build ya team and front office from the ground up and let em cook.....

the more u keep throwing em in da bushes the longer you'll wait for ya big break.... look at norv turner for example, the front office has depleted the roster and expects norv to bring em a first round by or some shyt....

Cant agree about Norv. He been a bum. The rosters he has had for the last 5 years or so have always been top notch. even with the squad they had this year should have been enough in that weak ass division. They never shouldve gotten rid of Schottenheimer the way they did.
