ubereats would let any restaurant owner identify as black owned without verifying it, you know lots of cacs were eating off this too

I'm trying to think about how this jives with the bakery not wanting to bake a cake for the gays...

I could've sworn the bakery won that lawsuit...

the cake case didn't have to do with the bakery refusing to make cakes for gays, the supreme court specifically didn't rule on this. it was about colorado discriminating against the baker cause when they ruled against him, they said that being a christian was like defending slavery or the holocaust and that only athiests were welcome in the colorado business community.
