C's get degrees baby!

Oh and there were some i guessed and quite a few i had down to 2 out of the four but guessed wrong.

If this were NOT multiple choices the score would have been in the low teens.

I would think that being scientifically literate would be knowing how scientific knowledge is collected rather than knowing some trivia questions.

You still need to know what the trivia covers to collect, calculate and observe data.

If you are doing to calculate wavelengths and you don't know that a nanometer is 10^-9, you're going to have a bad time.

Missed some questions I really should've known too. Including that one about nanometers. :yeshrug:

lol ironically that's why i remebered it, they make thunderous sound when they walk.

so many though i had a vague notion of what they were talking about and was able to arrive at a good answer. There were three types. Ones i knew i had right, ones I had a 50/50 chance on and ones i had to outright guess.

IMHO if you could identify WHAT the question was even asking or what concept it was explaining then you should have received partial credit.

Some of these questions aren't legit, how am I supposed to know what Thunder Lizard is in Greek? I stopped after that because I knew it would be rough. No one ever taught me that way.
