Me and some brothers were talking and I hate to say it but we might need Sark to stay. Cant afford to have a new OC come in and reset everything again especially with our window closing creeping up

I get what u mean as far as the team taking time to learn a new system but if kubiak is willing to be our OC like rumor has it, u gotta make that move. Same system pretty much but with a guy who has tons of nfl experience.Yup they decided to click the last 3 weeks when we all want them to fail

Not apologizing for Sark just looking at logic do we really need to start back over with a new system? Now if what
said is true about kubiak then all im for it same system a vet and he knows how to plan against nfl defenses

I'd say it's about 50/50 that both Manuel and Sark are back
On paper this offense is a top 10 offense again but in the key part of this season, the offense struggled to score. That can't happen with Matt & Julio and the rest of the talent on offense. Manuel is probably more likely to stay but in the back of DQ's mind he's gotta be thinking, if/when he fires one of his coordinators, he's only got so many scapegoats left...I'd hate to start over on offense too because that guarantees that Matt will struggle next yr but like you said are window is closing, we can't stay with a system that's not producing 25-30 ppg
