Devonta when healthy is a top 5-10 back. Problem is that he hasn't been healthy the last couple seasons. Without him the run game is anemic at best...Tevin is costing himself a bag because he's not a patient or intuitive inside runner. Him and Ito are solid backups, neither one is a starter
